Volunteers

 

Volunteers are needed during the week of Festival. To volunteer please complete the form below.

 

Loading: Friday, November 14 – We will need capable bodies to help load event materials out of storage at Sandhills Children’s Center.
Setup: Monday & Tuesday, November 17 & 18 – We will need all hands on deck to help move all of the components of the event from storage to decorate the Carolina Hall.
Hosts/Hostesses: Wednesday through Sunday; hours vary daily 9:30 am – 8 pm (three hour shifts).
Bid Squad Experts: We will need a number of tech savvy individuals to be guides to patrons who need assistance bidding in our digital silent auction.
Musicians: Any person or group who plays piano, guitar, flute, violin, etc. for background music. Must be approved by Festival of Trees committee. Daily (one hour shifts).
Elves (High School Students): Young people needed to act as Santa’s helpers; days and times vary.
Breakdown: Sunday & Monday, November 23 & 24 – We will need all hands on deck again to help move all of the components of the event from Carolina Hall and back to storage.

The 18th Annual Festival of Trees is taking place at The Carolina Hotel located at 80 Carolina Vista Dr., Pinehurst. Festival of Trees attendees will receive special resort-wide rates for the best available rooms: Single Occupancy - $109 plus service charges & tax per person per night; Double Occupancy - $65 plus service charges & tax per person per night.
