| 2008 Festival of Trees Auction Items |
Many designers have been planning their trees since last year
and it is going to be a gorgeous Festival of Trees! Here is a
listing of items and some of the highlights...
28 Large trees from 4' to 7 1/2' tall will create a winter forest in the
exhibit hall. Themes include "A Hershey Christmas", "It's Five
O'Clock Somewhere", "Christmas Then and Now" and "Christmas
Ice".
18 Vignettes of furniture, holiday tables, and mini motorcycles
expand the auction to include a variety of one of a kind items!
36 wreaths will be on display for you to update your front door!
Designers will decorate 3 entire front doors including wreath and
garland!
New this year are centerpieces and tree skirts! There are florists
and artists of all kinds involved in these beauties.
Gift baskets and presents will fill over 10 tables with over 40 items
for the auction. Included this year are handcrafted items including
pottery and a cedar birdhouse. Gift certificates from local shops,
such as CoolSweats and Par 3 Car Wash! Look for the
autographed celebrity photos of Johnny Depp, John Travolta and
Desperate Housewives!
Gingerbread houses will once again form a village at Festival of
Trees with creations from area bakers.
